EMR/PM Trainer and Support Specialist
Description
Responsible for onsite and remote training
of new and existing Medinformatix clients.
Answer first level support calls and emails.
Utilize multiple software programs (RDP,LogMeIn,etc.)
to access and support clients. Handle support
and customization requests from clients. Maintain
client relationships through excellent customer
service.
Requirements
Understand medical billing and terminology.
Ability to train groups and individuals. Possess
strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
Have an unlimited amount of patience to solve
client issues. Able to think outside of the
box. Love to problem solve. Aptitude to work
in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
Prior knowledge of Medinformatix a plus.
