acentec is pleased to announce our 2008 road show. The road show is our chance to come to your office, spend time with you and your staff, and fine tune your office by conducting a workflow analysis. We'll be studying your software use and making modifications where needed on both the clinical and administrative sides of your practice. Our goal is to assist you in getting the most out of our software. We're very excited about this exclusive opportunity and encourage our interested clients to act fast before space runs out. The costs are being kept at slightly more than our travel and lodging expenses, so we are basically offering our time for free. We can't get to all of you this year so if you want to participate, you'll need to register here.

The roadshow is:
- An analysis of your use of the software.
- An opportunity to enhance your overall workflow.
- A chance to gather specific information on details that you would like addressed.
- A time for us to share "tips" and "tweaks" with you and your staff.
- An introduction to the various tools acentec has created to assist your staff.

The roadshow is not:
- An overhaul of your system or clinical trees.
- Report building, customizations, interfacing or in depth training sessions.
Time will be short so our focus will be on the overall efficiency of your office and determining how we can improve your workflow and your return on investment.
